Mubasher: Danah Al Safat Foodstuff reported an increase of 286.5% in losses to KWD 3.24 million ($10.69 million) during the third quarter of 2019 when compared to about KWD 838,290 ($2.77 million) in the same quarter a year earlier.
During the nine-month period ended on 30 September, the company incurred losses of KWD 4.99 million which came 375.2% higher than KWD 1.05 million in the corresponding period in 2018, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
It is worth noting that during the first six months of 2019, Danah Al Safat posted KWD 1.74 million worth of losses, 744.8% higher than nearly KWD 206,550 in the same half in 2018.
