Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The shareholders of Dana Gas approved the distribution of a cash dividend worth 3.5 fils per share for the first half (H1) of 2021, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
The company will pay a total amount of AED 244.83 million ($67 million), representing 3.5% of Dana Gas’ capital, for the shareholders registered on 19 December.
Dana Gas will announce the payment date in due course, while the ex-dividend and last entitlement dates have been determined as 16 and 15 December, respectively.
The UAE firm turned to net profits worth $139 million (AED 511 million) in H1-21, against net losses of $19 million (AED 69 million) in H1-20.
