Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Dana Gas said its net assets are valued at $29 billion (AED 106.51 billion), based on a report prepared by an external independent petroleum consultant, according to a statement.
The company’s assets include resources and reserves in the Kurdistan Regional Government, the UAE, and Egypt.
Dana’s shareholders will meet on 8 April, and will publish the detailed agenda for the shareholders' general meeting on 20 March.
