Dubai – Mubasher: Damac Properties awarded Arabtec Construction an AED 628 million main works contract, according to a bourse statement.
Arabtec will develop 1,296 villas at Damac’s Akoya Oxygen master development in Dubailand.
The developer will begin construction at the 55 million-square foot green development in the third quarter of 2017, with expectations to complete the project within 24 months.
