Dubai – Mubasher: The board of DAMAC Properties will discuss a potential acquisition deal in a meeting set to be held on 23 December 2020.
During the meeting, the board will appoint a new board member to replace a resigning member, according to the company's disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Sunday.
Noteworthy to mention, on 16 December, the company announced that foreign investors own 3% of the company’s shares, denying media reports claiming that 33.7% of its shares are owned by foreigners.
