Riyadh — Mubasher: Dallah Healthcare Company has appointed Muteab bin Abdullah Altukeas as the new CEO, upon a decision by the board of directors on 29 September 2026.
Altukeas officially assumed his duties on 30 September 2026, according to a bourse filing.
This appointment follows a previous announcement on 20 August 2026 regarding the assignment of an acting chief executive.
Altukeas brings over 15 years of professional and leadership experience in strategy, project management, and mergers and acquisitions.
He has served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Dallah Healthcare since 2022 and previously held the position of General Manager of Strategy and the Project Management Office from 2017 to 2022.
The new CEO’s academic background includes a Master’s degree in Project Management from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from King Saud University.
He has also completed executive programs at Harvard University and London Business School.
Furthermore, Altukeas has extensive experience serving on various boards and committees, overseeing strategic investments and large-scale projects within the healthcare sector.
