Riyadh - Mubasher: Dallah Healthcare Company has acquired the remaining 2.59% stake in Al Ahsa Medical Services Company, currently known as Dallah Al Ahsa Hospital.
The full takeover transaction is valued at SAR 10.87 million which was financed through internal resources, with the latest equity acquisition giving Dallah Healthcare full ownership of the hospital.
The acquisition follows Dallah Healthcare’s earlier purchase of 97.41% of Al Ahsa Hospital’s capital as part of the transaction with Ayyan Investment Company, according to a bourse filing.
That previous deal also included the takeover of Ayyan Investment's full shares in Al Salam Medical Services Company, now known as Dallah Al Khobar Hospital.
It is worth noting that Al Ahsa Hospital posted revenues of SAR 264.64 million in 2023, which increased to SAR 276.77 million in 2024, then reached SAR 266.44 million in 2025.
In March 2026, Dallah Healthcare’s board recommended raising the capital by 20% to SAR 1.21 billion from SAR 1.01 billion through the distribution of bonus shares.
