Dubai – Mubasher: The general assembly of Drake and Scull International (DSI) is set to hold an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 27 September to determine the fate of the company.
The OGM will also discuss DSI’s status and plans and any updates on the investigation into the former management of the company, according to a filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
DSI posted an AED 182.8 million in net loss for the first half of 2018, compared to AED 1.037 billion in H1-17.
