Dubai – Mubasher: Drake and Scull International (DSI) said that its board of directors on Thursday approved the resignation of its member Khalaf Al Dhaheri.
DSI’s board has approved the appointment of Mohammad Atatreh as a replacement to Al Dhaheri, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
Atatreh acted as a board member for several leading UAE companies, including Tabarak Commercial Investment.
