Riyadh - Mubasher: Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed Al Quraishy and Mohammed Ahmed Abdualla Al Quraishy resigned from their positions as the Digital Research Company's (DRC)Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively.
Mansour Ayedh Hassan Alkahtani and Abdulaziz Saud Mutab Al Subhan also resigned from the board membership, according to a bourse filing.
The resignation, effective on 18 December 2025, followed a general assembly resolution to reduce the board to five from nine members.
