UAE - Mubasher: DP World closed the transaction to acquire South Africa-based Imperial Logistics Limited on 14 March 2022.
DP World has acquired all outstanding shares of Imperial Logistics Limited, a provider of integrated logistics and market access solutions across 25 countries, in exchange for $890 million, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in July 2021, DP World announced its plans to purchase Imperial Logistics to offer cargo owners a fully integrated end-to-end solution across a wider market and accelerate its transformation into an advanced logistics company.
