Dubai – Mubasher: The benchmark index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) retreated by 0.25% or 9.06 points to reach 3,511.13 points by 10:30am UAE time on Thursday, in line with the fall of four segments.
The investment sector retreated by 0.78%, dragged by DFM Company which lost 1.5%.
The transportation segment levelled down by 0.6% in line with the 0.75% drop of Air Arabia.
DFM’s banks sector also lost 0.36%, affected by Emirates NBD which fell by 1.4%. Similarly, the real estate segment edged down by 0.15%, as Arabtec lost 0.75%.
Liquidity amounted to AED 40.93 million, after 46.18 million shares were exchanged through 637 transactions.
