Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) opened Wednesday’s trading session in the green zone, spurred by the growth of four sectors led by banks and transportation.
The DFMGI went up 0.04% or 1.32 points to reach 3,364.92 points by 11:25 am UAE time.
The banks sector added 0.6% after Ajman Bank and Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) grew 5.2% and 0.86%, respectively.
The transportation sector advanced 0.07% as Air Arabia climbed 0.31%.
Turnover amounted to AED 159.52 million after trading 133.33 million shares through 943 transactions.
