Dubai – Mubasher: The benchmark index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) rose by 0.35% or 7.41 points to stand at 2,078.38 points by the end of Thursday's trading session, maintaining the positive performance on Wednesday, 17 June.
A total of 211.43 million shares were traded through 3,839 transactions at a total value of AED 298.09 million.
The market cap value amounted to AED 293.84 billion, up by AED 1.38 billion from AED 292.46 billion during the previous session.
The banks sector led the risers with 2.05%, while the investment and financial services segment headed the decliners with 2.06%.
Amanat Holdings came on top of the rising stocks with 3.69%, while Damac Properties headed the losing stocks with 3.18%.
Amanat Holdings posted the highest trading volume of 52.01 million shares, while Emirates NBD, up 3.02%, recorded the highest turnover of AED 49.25 million.
Dubai Investments headed the losing blue chips with 2.59%.
