Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a positive performance in Monday’s early trades, backed by the rise of blue chips especially in the real estate and investment sectors.
The main index increased 0.97% or 33.56 points to reach 3,592.13 points by 8:03am UAE time.
The real estate sector topped gainers after adding 1.56% as Emaar Properties went up 1.6%.
The investment sector grew 1.56% as DFM Company levelled up 2.3%. The banks sector also increased 0.4% after Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) rose 0.5%.
The market saw trading of 46.51 million shares through 507 transactions, with a turnover of AED 68.30 million.
