UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Wednesday's trading session on a varied note.
The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) rose by 3.81% to close Wednesday at 3,109.36 points.
Turnover amounted to AED 1.326 billion after 814.022 million shares had been exchanged through 13,162 transactions.
The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) company led the green zone with 14.88%, while Al Salam Bank - Sudan topped the red zone with 4.73%.
As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index went down 0.13% to settle at 7,966.396 points by the end of Wednesday's session.
A total of 366.137 million shares were traded through 9,494 transactions valued at AED 1.646 billion.
Zee Stores came on top of the losing stocks with 9.99%, while Umm Al Qaiwain General Investment Co headed the rising stocks with 8.14%.
