UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Tuesday's trading session on a varied note.
The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) inched down 0.06% to close Tuesday's session at 3,309.28 points.
A total of 118.78 million shares were traded through 4,086 transactions valued at AED 233.86 million.
Emirates Refreshments Co led the rising stocks with 3.82%, while Dubai National Insurance and Reinsurance (DNIR) topped the losing stocks with 6.15%.
As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index went up by 0.64% to settle at 9,102.86 points by the end of Tuesday.
Turnover amounted to AED 1.56 billion after 263,75 million shares had been traded through 7,871 transactions.
Gulf Medical Projects Company came on top of the green zone with 6.84%, while Umm Al Qaiwain General Investment Co. headed the red zone with 4.17%.
