UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have closed Thursday's trading session on a varied note.
The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) inched up 0.07% to settle at 3,584.98 points by the end of Thursday's session.
A total of 240.07 million shares were traded through 7,616 transactions valued at AED 665.19 million.
Oman Insurance Company (OIC) led the rising stocks with 11%, while Emirates Refreshments topped the losing stocks with 3.51%.
As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index declined by 1.40% to close Thursday's session at 9,947.74 points.
Turnover amounted to AED 1.45 billion after 292.05 million shares had been traded through 11,094 transactions.
Response Plus Holding came on top of the green zone with 15%, while Union Insurance headed the red zone with 9.09%.
