UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Monday's trading session on a varied note.
The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) rose by 2.68% to close Monday's trading session at 3,254.92 points.
A total of 940.393 million shares were traded through 14,265 transactions valued at AED 1.79 billion.
Deyaar Development led the rising stocks with 15%, while Dar Al Takaful topped the losing stocks with 9.4%.
As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index inched down 0.32% to settle at 8,269.425 points by the end of Monday's session.
Turnover amounted to AED 1.89 billion after 393.799 million shares had been exchanged through 12,389 transactions.
National Takaful Company (Watania) came on top of the red zone with 9.94%, while Abu Dhabi National Takaful Company headed the green zone with 11.11%.
