UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 9.05 points (0.28%) on Wednesday to close at 3,225.29 points.
The trading value amounted to AED 276.4 million through the exchange of 194.48 million shares.
Emirates Refreshments headed the risers with 9.09%, while Mashreq Bank led the fallers with 4.4%.
GFH recorded the highest trading value and volume of AED 67.46 million and 51.34 million shares, respectively.
On the other hand, the benchmark index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) went down by 0.04% to 8,406.69 points.
The turnover stood at AED 1.37 billion after 221.01 million shares were traded. The market cap reached AED 1.6 trillion.
Ras Al Khaimah Company for White Cement and Construction Materials (RAK for White Cement) was the top faller with 2.94%, while Fujairah Cement Industries topped the risers with 11.11%.
Aldar Properties generated the highest trading value and volume of AED 334.94 million and 82.64 million shares, respectively.
