UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 1.96 points (0.04%) on Monday and closed the trading session at 4,230.70 points.
DFM's turnover reached AED 333.54 million through the exchange of 156.21 million shares.
Emirates NBD generated the highest turnover of AED 61.53 million, while Shuaa Capital was the most active stock with 34.39 million shares.
Watania International Holding topped the risers with 4.34%, whereas Al Firdous Holdings headed the fallers with 10%.
Meanwhile, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) edged down by 0.30% to 9,427.88 points.
A total of 298.98 million shares were traded at an amount of AED 1.10 billion, whereas the market cap value hit AED 2.88 trillion.
International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 213.32 million, while RAK Properties dominated the trading volume with 31.76 million shares.
The National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels advanced the gainers with 14.87%, while the Commercial Bank International (CBI) led the losers with 9.88%.
