UAE – Mubasher: The main index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went down on Wednesday by 26.59 points (0.76%) and closed the trading session at 3,431.04 points.
The turnover reached AED 340.65 million through the exchange of 139.83 million shares.
Ithmaar Holding, which was the most active stock on which 24.34 million shares were exchanged, topped the risers with 11.85%. Meanwhile, Amlak Finance headed the decliners with 3.53%.
Emaar Properties posted the highest trading value of AED 105.22 million.
Similarly, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed the session lower by 0.241% at 9,970.67 points.
A total of 10 billion shares were traded at a value of AED 13.30 billion, while the market cap amounted to AED 2.15 trillion.
Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), which advanced the gainers with 14.60%, was the most active stock on which 121.71 million shares were exchanged.
Palms Sports was the top faller with 4.73%.
Furthermore, International Holding Company (IHC) generated the highest turnover of AED 337.59 million.
