DFM, ADX end Monday’s session with negative performance

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) lost 21.61 points (0.63%) on Monday and closed the trading session at 3,377.06 points.

DFM’s trading value amounted to AED 269.88 billion through the exchange of 132.59 million shares.

Salik Company advanced the gainers with 3.13%, while National Central Cooling Company (Tabreed) headed the decliners with 4.77%.

Emaar Properties registered the highest turnover of AED 81.74 million, whereas Gulf Navigation Holding (GNH) dominated the trading volume with 30.66 million shares.

Likewise, the benchmark index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) ended the session lower by 0.439% at 10,054.81 points. The market cap reached AED 2.28 trillion. 

A total of 167.55 million shares were trading at a value of AED 1.06 billion.

Fujairah Cement Industries Company topped the risers with 8.33%. Abu Dhabi Aviation Company, which logged net profits worth AED 250.23 million in 2021, led the fallers with 7.73%.

International Holding Company (IHC) generated the highest trading value of AED 308.14 million, while Multiply Group was the most active stock on which 23.49 million shares were exchanged.
