DFM, ADX end Monday’s session with mixed note

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 19.55 points (0.59%) at the end of Monday to close the session at 3,321.99 points.

A total of 181.74 million shares were exchanged at a value of AED 249.80 million.

Al Salam Bank - Sudan headed the risers with 4.65%, while Al Mazaya Holding led the fallers with 5.98%.

Gulf Navigation Holding was the most active stock in terms of trading volume and value, with 118.78 million shares exchanged at AED 81.86 million.

Meanwhile, the benchmark index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) fell by 0.274% to close the session at 10,102.44 points.

The turnover amounted to AED 1.32 billion through the exchange of 265.56 million shares, while the market cap value stood at AED 2.63 trillion.

Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials (Bildco) led the fallers with 7.50%.

Eshraq Investments was the top riser with 3.11% while being the most active stock on which 68.15 million shares were traded.

International Holding Company (IHC) generated the highest turnover of AED 257.65 million.
