UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 18.70 points (0.44%) on Tuesday and closed the trading session at 4,201.84 points.
The trading value reached AED 785.84 million through the exchange of 216.54 million shares.
Emaar Properties recorded the highest turnover of AED 220.02 million, while Ajman Bank was the most active stock with 43.58 million shares.
Orascom Construction topped the gainers with 5.14%, whereas Shuaa Capital headed the losers with 5.49%.
The benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) also ended the session higher by 0.526% at 9,839.09 points.
A total of 205.83 million shares were traded at a value of AED 1.18 billion, while the market cap value reached AED 2.85 trillion.
International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 246.22 million, whereas Aldar Properties dominated the trading volume with 23.29 million shares.
ADC Acquisition Corporation led the risers with 14.93%, while Gulf Cement Company advanced the losers with 5.44%.
