DFM, ADX close Tuesday in red zone

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went down by 18.95 points (0.46%) on Tuesday and ended the trading session at 4,082.34 points.

The turnover amounted to AED 294.07 million through the exchange of 135.79 million shares.

Ajman Bank, which posted the highest turnover of AED 61.88 million, was the most active stock with 29.18 million shares.

Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Company (Aman)led the risers with 3.26%, while BHM Capital headed the decliners with 10%.

The benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) also closed the session lower by 0.167% at 9,761.36 points.

A total of 317.56 million shares were traded at an amount of AED 1.19 billion, whereas the market cap value hit AED 2.97 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 215.60 million, while RAK Properties dominated the trading volume with 33.05 million shares.

Al Khaleej Investment advanced the gainers with 14.85%, whereas Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials headed the fallers with 9.86%.
