DFM, ADX close Thursday with negative performance

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) ended Thursday’s trading session in the red zone at 3,328.79 points after losing 15.21 points (0.45%).

The turnover amounted to AED 190.56 million through the exchange of 111.99 million shares.

Takaful Emarat – Insurance advanced the risers with 7.27%, while National Central Cooling Company (Tabreed) led the fallers with 3.33%.

Emaar Properties generated the highest turnover of AED 41.17 million, whereas Gulf Navigation Holding (GNH) dominated the trading volume with 45.62 million shares.

Similarly, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed the trading session lower by 0.288% at 10,257.94 points.

A total of 134.25 million shares were traded at a value of AED 1.04 billion, while the market cap value reached AED 2.63 trillion.

Gulf Medical Projects Company (GMPC) was the top gainer with 9.64%, whereas Fujairah Cement Industries Company headed the losers with 9.83%

International Holding Company (IHC) registered the highest turnover of AED 260.26 million, while Multiply Group was the most active stock on which 23.22 million shares were exchanged.
