DFM, ADX close Thursday mixed

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) ended Thursday’s trading session higher by 51.27 points (1.23%) at 4,220.35 points.

DFM's turnover amounted to AED 390.82 million through the exchange of 117.73 million shares.

Emirates NBD recorded the highest turnover of AED 115.84 million.

Shuaa Capital, which was the most active stock with 18.89 million shares, led the fallers with 9.69%.

Meanwhile, the Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) advanced the risers with 12%.

On the other hand, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) ended the session lower by 0.405% at 9,469.82 points.

A total of 154.77 million shares were traded at an amount of AED 1.02 billion, whereas the market cap value stood at AED 2.89 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) witnessed the highest turnover of AED 206.11 million, while Multiply Group dominated the trading volume with 18.82 million shares.

The Commercial Bank International (CBI)led the gainers with 13%, whereas the National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah (RAKBANK) headed the losers with 4.55%.
