DFM, ADX close Thursday in green zone

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) rose by 18.28 points (0.54%) on Wednesday to close at 3,379.48 points.

The trading value totalled AED 293.79 million through the exchange of 143.98 million shares.

Takaful Emarat was the top riser with 10.25%, while Dar Al Takaful led the fallers with 3.36%.

Amlak Finance posted the highest trading volume of 29.80 million shares, while Emaar Properties recorded the highest turnover of AED 124.44 million.

Similarly, the benchmark index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) gained 0.205% to reach 9,743.47 points.

The trading value amounted to AED 1.44 billion after 213.32 million shares were exchanged. The market cap reached AED 1.83 trillion.

United Arab Bank (UAB) headed the risers with 12.90%, while Ghitha Holding was the top faller with 7.35%.

Aldar Properties saw the highest trading volume of 63.31 million shares, while International Holding Company (IHC) generated the highest turnover of AED 315.72 million.
