UAE – Mubasher: The benchmark index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) closed Thursday higher by 4.77 points (0.14%) at 3,250.33 points.
The turnover reached AED 261.81 million through the trading of 135.36 million shares, compared to AED 334.74 million and 152.23 million shares last session.
Orascom Construction was the top riser with 4.66%, while Amlak Finance led the fallers with 3.15%.
Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) recorded the highest trading value of AED 49.71 million, while Deyaar Development was the most active stock on which 30.30 million shares were exchanged.
Similarly, the main index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) went up by 0.963% to 8,926.99 points.
The turnover totalled AED 1.65 billion after 271.12 million shares were traded, compared to AED 1.63 billion and 315.74 million shares in the previous session. The market cap value increased to AED 1.69 trillion from AED 1.67 trillion.
RAK Ceramics was the top riser with 5.56%, while National Bank of Umm Al Qaiwain (NBQ) led the fallers with 5.85%.
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) registered the highest trading value of AED 334.51 million, while Aldar Properties recorded the highest trading volume of 65.01 million shares.
