UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) closed Monday’s session down by 16.72 points (0.47%) at 3,519.93 points.
The trading value totalled AED 461.58 million through the exchange of 182.29 million shares.
Dar Al Takaful led the fallers with 5.93%, while Emirates Refreshments Company advanced the risers with 8.23%.
DFM generated the highest trading value and volume with 57.54 million shares exchanged at AED 148.95 million.
Meanwhile, the benchmark index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) gained 1.438% to reach 10,071.58 points.
The trading value amounted to AED 11.68 billion after 2.07 million shares were exchanged. The market cap reached AED 1.87 trillion.
APEX Investment Company was the top riser with 6.50%, while National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels was the top faller with 10%.
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) recorded the highest turnover of AED 332.90 million, while Eshraq Investments posted the highest trading volume with 54.64 million shares.
