UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) lost 21.66 points (0.57%) on Monday and ended the trading session lower at 3.729.91 points.
The turnover amounted to AED 263.09 million through the exchange of 153.42 million shares.
Emaar Properties recorded the highest turnover of AED 81.69 million, while Union Properties dominated trading volume with 13.09 million shares.
Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) topped the risers with 4.45%, whereas Orascom Construction led the fallers with 10%.
The benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) edged down by 0.33% at 9,275.82 points.
A total of 192.52 million shares were traded at a value of AED 888.68 million, while the market cap value reached AED 2.76 trillion.
International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 204.80 million, whereas Manazel was the most active stock with 30.41 million shares.
ADC Acquisition Corporation was the top gainer with 12.33%, while Gulf Cement Company headed the decliners with 8.64%.
