Dubai – Mubasher: DAMAC Properties on Sunday announced launching a housing complex under the name The Trump Estates Park Residence in Dubai.
Villas in the project will be up for sale starting 5 August via the Trump International Golf Club Dubai, the company said in a statement.
The project houses four-bedroom, two-floor villas, each of which is fitted out with a “unique” lower ground floor for recreational or utility spaces.
Last week, Dubai-based and listed DAMAC Properties announced the launch of its Golf Vita Residential Towers apartments at Damac Hills for prices starting at AED 4,990 per month.
