Customers show high demand for The Heart of Europe’s units

Dubai – Mubasher: The majority of units at The Heart of Europe have been sold, the 6-million-square-foot project’s developer, Kleindienst Group, told Arabian Business.

The Heart of Europe is valued at $1.36 billion (AED 5 billion), the Dubai-based company added, noting that project had been originally estimated at AED 1.5 billion ($408.36 million) when development began in 2014.

“All of the homes will be handed over by the end of the year, and we will have all of the project completed and ready before the Expo 2020,” Kleindienst Group chairman, Josef Kleindienst told Arabian Business.

Project construction was originally set to begin in 2008, however, plans were delayed when the global financial crisis took precedence.

"The Heart of Europe offers residences in the form of 10 ‘Beach Palaces’ on Sweden, 32 villas on Germany, as well 131 Floating Seahorse vessels that will be berthed for vacation stays at the St Petersburg islands in Russia and in Italy," the UAE news website revealed.
