Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of Credit Agricole Egypt approved obtaining a $30 million loan from Credit Agricole France to support tier two capital.
On the other hands, the lenders general meeting approved selling three properties for EGP 19.6 millon.
Credit Agricole Egypt is capitalized at EGP 1.2 billion distributed across 310.9 million shares at EGP 4 par value each.
The lender reported an increase of 21% to EGP 326.3 million in net profits for the third quarter of 2016.
