Kuwait – Mubasher: Al Mal Investment said that the court has postponed the lawsuit filed against Al Mazaya Telecommunications to 7 March.
The experts department will look into the case which has a claim of $27 million, according to a bourse statement issued Wednesday.
The court ruling will have no financial impact on Al Mal’s position as the lawsuit is still before the court, the company clarified.
