Cairo - Mubasher: Contact Developments plans to invest EGP 1.5 billion in a commercial-administrative-medical project in the New Administrative Capital.
The project spans over an area of 10,531 metres in the 1.71-square-metre (sqm) Central Business District, which is set to be a hub for investments and businesses in the MENA region, the real estate developer's Chairman, Ahmed Fekry, said in a press conference on Thursday.
The 25-storey project is scheduled for completion in four years, the Managing Director, Khaled El-Seyoufy, revealed.
Yasser Al Beltagy Architects (YBA) was selected as an architect consultant, Hussein Sabbour Consultant Bureau as an executive consultant, and Mohamed Rashed Business (MRB) as a consultant for operation, management, and maintenance, El-Seyoufy added.
