Cairo – Mubasher: The consolidated financials of Cleopatra Hospitals Group (CHG) reported a 58.3% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profits to EGP 288.111 million in the first nine months of 2021 from EGP 182.017 million in the same period of 2020.
The company's revenues rose by 38% to EGP 1.9 billion in the January-September period of 2021 from EGP 1.37 billion in the year-ago period, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The company's adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) amounted to EGP 566.2 million in the first nine months of 2021, up 64% YoY.
As for the standalone business, the company's profits reached EGP 204.746 million in the January-September period of 2021, up from EGP 139.548 million in the corresponding period of 2020.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first half (H1) of 2021, the CHG reported a 98.12% YoY hike in its consolidated net profits, recording EGP 202.02 million, compared to EGP 101.9 million, including minority shareholders' rights.
