Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Cleopatra Hospitals Group (CHG) approved the board’s proposal for not distributing dividends to shareholders for 2020.
The OGM also decided to pay employees a profit share of EGP 29.5 million from last year’s earnings, the group said in a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
During 2020, CHG reported net profits of EGP 297.6 million, up from EGP 265.35 million in 2019, including minority shareholders’ rights.
