Cairo – Mubasher: Alexandria Medical Services - Alexandria New Medical Center denied news reports about receiving several offers for the acquisition of the Indian investor Bavaguthu Raghuram Shetty’s 87.6% stake in the company, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
It was reported that several companies were in negotiations to purchase the stake of B. R. Shetty in the medical services firm.
In separate bourse disclosures, Speed Medical Company and Cleopatra Hospitals Group also denied conducting talks to acquire Alexandria Medical Services.
