Cairo – Mubasher: Cleopatra Hospital Co on Tuesday posted a 153.4% year-on-year surge in consolidated profits for the first half of 2018, recording a net profit of EGP 133.4 million from EGP 52.6 million.
Meanwhile, standalone profits jumped to EGP 86.11 million in H1-18, versus EGP 39.17 million in the prior-year period, the company said in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Cleopatra Hospital previously reported a 97% year-on-year hike in consolidated profits for Q1-18, recording a net profit of EGP 57.19 million from EGP 29 million.
The EGX-listed firm achieved a total consolidated profit of EGP 118.3 million in 2017, compared to EGP 89.4 million a year earlier.
