Riyadh — Mubasher: Clean Life Company recently rescheduled its cash dividend distribution for the first half (H1) of the 2026 fiscal year, according to a bourse disclosure.
The company will now distribute a total of SAR 4.50 million to shareholders on 30 August 2026, instead of the previously announced date of 25 August.
Clean Life confirmed that the distribution amount remains SAR 3 per share.
The delay is attributed to the completion of administrative procedures and bank transfers.
Eligibility for the payout remains unchanged for shareholders owning stock on the eligibility date of 18 August 2026, and who are registered in the company’s records at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
Dividends will be deposited directly into bank accounts linked to shareholder investment portfolios.
Clean Life stated there is no financial impact resulting from this change in the payment schedule.
In H1-26, the net profits of the company reached SAR 6.07 million, while its revenue hit SAR 33.60 million.
