Riyadh – Mubasher: Clariant has agreed to sell its entire Masterbatches business to PolyOne for $1.56 billion, according to a company statement.
This value represents around 12.2 times the reported earnings by the company for the 12-month period ending 30 September 2019.
Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) owns a 25% stake in chemical and considers the chemical firm a sister company.
