Cairo – Mubasher: Chairman of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD), Ahmed Zaki Abdeen, will step down from his position starting from next September for health reasons, Bloomberg Asharq reported.
Abdeen’s resignation comes after taking over the company’s presidency for five years.
The company’s board of directors is set to meet in early September to approve the appointment of Khaled Abbas, who is currently the Deputy Housing Minister, as the new chairman.
On Monday, 22 August, Egypt's President, Abdelfattah El-Sisi, appointed Sherif Sedky as the CEO of the Egyptian Space Agency (EGSA) for one year effective from 19 August 2022.
