Cairo – Mubahser: Castle Property Co. sold its stake in of El Kahera Housing, said a bourse filling.
The London based company sold its whole stake in El Kahera Housing that amount to 2.7 million shares in return for EGP 11.8 per share at a total value of EGP 31.8 million.
El Kahera Housing is capitalized at EGP 450.1 million distributed across 90.02 million shares at EGP 5 par value each.
