Mubasher: Capriole Group seeks to invest EGP 15 billion in the Egyptian market in the upcoming five years, the Chairperson at Capriole Group, Mohamed Mofeed, announced during a press conference.
Mofeed remarked that the group is currently conducting a commercial, administrative, and medical complex, LINX, spanning over 7,635 square metres in the New Administrative Capital, at a total value of EGP 1.5 billion.
LINX consists of 12 floors and two basements, with the first basement and floor including 51 commercial units and the 2-9 floors including 280 administrative and medical units.
Mofeed explained that a contract was signed with Abu Dhabi's Architecture & Planning Group (APG) to carry out the design and engineering consultancy works for the project.
In addition, the group inked a contract with MREC for Integrated Real Estate Services to manage the company's commercial sector.
The Chairperson added that the group has also injected EGP 1 billion in the first branch of New Cairo's Aspire Schools with a British curriculum in the New Administrative Capital.
Aspire adopts an information technology-based smart strategy, with the latest methods fostering the educational process and enhancing the students' skills.
Mofeed further remarked that the group has launched two subsidiaries, one of which will manage commercial and administrative facilities and the other will focus on contracting activities.
Capriole Group is one of the Egyptian companies that has established a distinguished trademark outside Egypt, particularly in the UAE.
"The company is keen to transfer its expertise in renovation and reconstruction to the Egyptian market, through rolling out remarkable products commensurate with highest reconstruction and technology standards and capable of adding value to the market," Mofeed said.
