Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that Digital Two Financial Company has satisfied the requirements to commence investment management activities in the securities business within the Kingdom.
The authorization, which was announced on 1 October 2026, follows a license originally granted by the CMA Board on 31 July 2023.
The commencement of operations is in accordance with the Capital Market Law issued under Royal Decree No. M/30.
Digital Two Financial is now officially cleared to manage investments as part of its regulated financial services.
