CMA approves Alhokair's capital decrease

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Company's request to decrease its capital to SAR 1.14 billion from SAR 2.10 billion.

The company will reduce the number of its shares to 114.76 million from 210 million, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

It is noteworthy to mention that during the nine-month (9M) period that ended on 31 December 2021, the company achieved net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 82.65 million, against losses of 761.91 million in the same period a year earlier.
