Cairo – Mubasher: CI Capital Holding For Financial Investments reported a 12.7% year-on-year (YoY) decrease in its net profits, logging EGP 205.38 million in the first half (H1) of 2020, compared to EGP 235.24 million, including minority shareholders’ rights.
The company’s revenues retreated to EGP 955.34 million in the January-June period from EGP 1.09 billion in the prior-year period, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
As for the second quarter (Q2) of 2020, CI Capital amounted to EGP 103.52 million, down from EGP 112.28 million in Q2-19.
On the other hand, the standalone financial statements for H1-20 showed that net profits increased to EGP 170.99 million from EGP 84.03 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.
During Q1-20, the company achieved net profits of EGP 101.85 million, down from EGP 122.95 million in Q1-19.
