Riyadh - Mubasher: Consolidated Grünenfelder Saady Holding Company (CGS) has secured a EUR 6.78 million award from S2 Company for Management and Development of Lands and Real Estate.
The scope of work includes the development of the WH-01 18K Freezer Area within the S2 Project in Sabah Al Ahmad Industrial City, Kuwait, according to a bourse filing.
Moreover, this project involves the construction of cold storage facilities equipped with an ammonia-based industrial refrigeration system.
The Tadawul-listed company expects the financial impact of the award to begin appearing in the third quarter (Q3) of 2026.
In December 2025, CGS received a SAR 29.50 million contract from Almarai Company for a food processing facility in Saudi Arabia.
